Water corrodes piping and freezes paint lines. Oil ruins food packaging and pneumatic valves. Particles jam instruments. The treatment chain removes them in the right order — separator, filters, dryer, and where needed a carbon tower.

Treatment equipment we supply

Compressed-air filters
Filter housings and elements in all grades — from coarse particulate to sub-micron coalescing — with genuine OMEGA AIR replacement elements.
Cyclone & condensate separators
Spin the bulk water out before it reaches your filters and dryer — the cheap first line of defence after the compressor.

Refrigerated dryers
RDP, RDT and RDL series — the standard for general plant air, typically +3 °C pressure dew point. High-pressure RDHP variants available.

Adsorption dryers
A-DRY, X-DRY, B-DRY, F-DRY and PICO-DRY heatless ranges — drying to typically −40 °C pressure dew point for outdoor piping, instruments and sensitive processes.

Activated-carbon towers
TAC series removes oil vapour and odour — the step that takes air to technically oil-free for food, beverage and pharma contact.
High-pressure dryers
HP-DRY heatless and HPR-DRY heat-regenerated ranges for PET blowing and other high-pressure networks.

Condensate drains
Zero-loss electronic and timer drains. A drain stuck open is a permanent leak — a drain stuck closed sends water downstream. Both cost money.

Water-oil separators
Treat oily condensate before it goes to drain — compliant disposal without paying to haul away water.

Flow, pressure & dew-point measurement
